I clicked on a "Friend" request allegedly from Simpson Shave Brush this morning. When I sat down at the computer this evening, I found a Facebook PM from my new friend. (Below)

I immediately noticed a non-professional email address, so was reluctant to enage, so replied with caution. Needless to say, I'v received no pm from this character here on the Shave Nook.

I did send a quick PM to Mark, and will explain better tomorrow.

My recommendation: don't email this guy. I'm assuming that he's looking for email addresses or more. Don't click on any link from this person.

Thanks for the warning. It certainly looks like a fake. I think Mark uses better English than this guy.

I received the same Facebook request & PM. I've since unfriended this fake account (.au email) and contacted Mark via both twitter & here where I know it's a real account.

I think I may have received it too, but ignored it as I was too busy with other things, glad I did now...

Yahoo email clients are targets for a famous fraud ring that has been operating for well over 40 years. It used happen to me on Yahoo all the time so I closed my account with them.

I just don't understand some people. The world they're from where it's alright to do things like that and worse...I can spot them, I know how to avoid them, I know how to handle myself when I can't, but I just don't get how, why they can feel it's ok to do things like that.
Another old man ramble.
"cuz I got to ramble..ramblin' man
yes,I got to gamble..gamblin' man"
