For the past six years it's primarily been Mike's and Mystic Water. I occasionally buy a bar of AOS Sandalwood soap, fantastic scent, excellent performance, and a large bar that lasts a long time. Once or twice a year I'll order a couple bars from Martin De Candre, Klar Seifen and SV. Pre de Provence No. 63 is also a great smelling soap that comes in a humongous 200 g bar for under $7. The best bath soaps I ever used were from Cold Water Soap Works, but unfortunately, there were available for only a short time a few years ago.

Healthy Porcupine - Coffee! Soap. It's a really nice triple-milled tallow soap bar with coffee oils, coffee grounds (which haven't clogged my drain yet) and apparently even some brewed coffee. Quite gentle on the skin. Product page says the soap was made in New Hampshire, they get the coffee from a New Hampshire roaster and the tallow from New Hampshire cows. To my somewhat educated nose, the coffee smells like a pretty good Central American blend, but perhaps that varies by the batch, I'm on my first bar of it and don't plan for it to be my last bar.
