I'm not sure if this is against the rules for whatever reason but I just thought this guy deserved a "good guy" thread. I bought a 28mm extra dense brush off a friend and I love the knot and the custom handle (my fave handle by far) but after it's initial break in stage, it never really slowed down on losing hair. I sent an email to WSP and expressed my problems to them and within the hour got the simple email "what's your address?". I sent my address and in my second and only email I got a tracking number. And a week later, the following came in the mail (below). A whole new free knot exceeded what expecting to get out of the email, so I'm thankful and happy with my first dealings with them. And again, love the brush.

Lee is emblematic of the type of members we're lucky enough to have at TSN. Inquiries are answered quickly and professionally, and of equal compliment, he's just easy to talk to. Whether it's brushes, bourbon or advice on an artisan the conversation just flows. Like you said, good guy. Biggrin

That is amazing customer service considering that you're not the original owner of the brush. I've purchased two knots from Lee in the past and have been pleased with them. Fortunately neither knot has been a shedder, but it's good to kmow WSP stands behind their product.

I hadn't used this brush in a while because I was worried about it thinning out, which now of course i'm not so i gave it a go today and i absolutely LOVE this knot. It reminds me of having a little round pillow of greatness on my face - HAHA. I'm going to have to give this steaming method a try and get the new one in. But this knot coupled with this particular handle makes this brush right up there near the top of my faves.

I thought I would add to this thread since I had an issue with an order (out of Lee's control) that he resolved swiftly and completely once I brought it to his attention.

Excellent customer service, and I continue to recommend WSP without reservation.
