CeraVe facial cleanser
Mike's Natural Soap, unscented
HIS synthetic brush
EJ DE87
Astra blade, palm stropped
Alum block
CeraVe lotion

I had two days of stubble, so I took extra care in preparation, to be sure that my beard was softened. The EJ with the Astra blade took the whiskers down effortlessly. The passes, BBS results. Excellent shave! Biggrin

May this week return to you those loved things that were thought lost!

Hot shower prep, Razor: 6/8th SENDYK'S "Special," Soap: Cella, Brush: silvertip, Splash:NOS Benneton
[Image: sotd11-3.jpg]
The Day? Beautiful! The Shave? It was a very pleasant shave. I again
tried the Cella (never had much luck with it) and today the
combination of brush and soap and water came together..Nice! The old
Sendyk is always a good choice and today was no different. Benneton?
A very, almost overpowering, scent. A little goes a long way and I
like it occasionally

The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

The Racer is just a fair blade, at best, but the Roger & Gallet L'Homme products compensated nicely so that I ended up getting a non-irritating shave with a great scent. Biggrin

I put myself in the hands of Gillette Shaving Science and had an extraordinary shave. The gel seemed to bring forth heat as I applied it. The Proglide did indeed glide like a dream. I love the scent of this gel too, compliments the Cool Wave aftershave, aces!

I didn't get a chance to shave yesterday due to illness and having to be out of the house early to help my wife at a craft show (she's a quilter/jewelry maker). So I was very happy to take the extra minute this morning to enjoy a 3 pass shave!

The shave was as excellent as the products used! I loved every minute of it! I have to say the Caprains Choice aftershaves are top notch and most welcome on a cold snowy morning!

Cheers! Smile
