Has anyone else experienced delays when they send in a razor to Razor Emporium? I sent a razor in and it is taking forever to get back. And each time I call they tell me it will be "next week." Like the check is in the mail. But just curious if anyone else has this experience.

I'd keep calling them. I remember a post a few month ago where a guy sent in his heirloom razor and he later found out it was sold to another customer.
