Thank you.
Long lens and back up. I do use macro sometimes, but when you're trying to photograph insects, wildlife, etc., the farther away you can keep yourself the more they sit still for you, lol.
That makes sense. I have been toying with the idea of buying a macro and learning how to use it. My current lineup if for landscapes and portraits.

If you're set up for landscapes you probably have a wide angle and a long lens. If so, give the long lens a go. The macro is nice to have for very close work, but I've yet to be able to get anything alive (besides plants) to sit still for one. I don't know how people do it, but I know it's done.

Konica Auto Reflex T. No working meter. Shot on Kodak Gold 200 film, expired in 2005. Found about 6 rolls of this at a local flea market cheap, and bought it. Never used expired film before, but thought I'd try it. I like the results here, but it's pretty much Russian Roulette I would imagine.
Lens is Tamron 59A 28-70mm 3.5-4.5. Shot at Lake Fredrick, Winchester, VA.

I really love fly fishing and admiring the beautiful colors of the trout I catch. Here are a couple of images from a recent trip my son, father and I took to a special place in Utah. Images taken with iPhone X. The iPhone is a pretty incredible camera these days and I don't miss lugging around an SLR at all!
