What a great looking bird. What is it's personality like?

Just came home from Bangkok, Thailand.

First visit there. My wife & I and my father lived in a family owned 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 150 M2 house 35 km outside Bangkok.

Looks like a great trip Hans.  It's wonderful that you brought your father along.  Thanks for sharing the nice photos.

Awesome she’s always looking for somebody to be with, she hate to be alone.
She talks a lot, very good companion.

We don't have the dramatic leaf changes that are seen in the fall in New England and the Midwest, but we do have some pretty colors here.  Today my wife and I had a really nice walk in Kubota Garden, a private arboretum.

Lovely photos of fall color, John. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past 30 years, and believe that this is the best color we've had. I'll really be sorry to see it end.

I’ve visited the Pacific NW a couple of times during the fall, and experienced nice drives all over - including up to port Townsend. Huge leaves

Speaking of thoughts of warmer seasons, I shot this from near the Mt. Nesugata "Observatory" (in Shimoda-shi, Shizuoka-ken, Japan) the day before yesterday.

My favorite shot of 2019. Shot in December while descending from Theodul glacier.

Quite an experience, neverthelessSmile

The Larb Hollow Overlook is 15.1 miles southeast of Torrey, Utah along Utah Highway 12. The overlook provides a stunning view of the Waterpocket Fold of Capitol Reef National Park. This is an awesome place. If ever in Utah scenic Hy 12 is amazing.

Capitol Reef National Park Utah. It is named for the Navajo Sandstone domes similar to the Capitol dome in Washington DC. An amazing park and a must see if in Utah.

Things are warming up and greening up here, a bit early. Have not had much time for my camera lately.
