Excellent pics! And educational. I never knew there was a pollen basket for storage, I had assumed it was transferred from their legs. Thanks for sharing.

I've become a huge bee and butterfly fan, something clicked within me this year and I simply can't get enough of them...

Neither did I until this year. Not all bees have a pollen basket (corbicula), I believe it depends on species, see here...
