Wow!!! Babeando They look incredible! Congrats on the acquisition Ben, I'm sure they will be the stars among others.

I need to try No.88, as the description sounds right up my alley. If I was certain that I wouldn't get the 'burn' that I unfortunately get from most English soaps I tried, I would have to follow your lead and take the plunge on one of those works of art as well...they look beautiful Thumbsup.

That black anodized dish is absolutely stunning, Ben.

I've been tempted to buy it, but it is expensive and I'm not a very big fan of the scent of C&S's #88.
That being said, it's simply the best looking soap dish I've ever laid my eyes on.

Congratulations, my friend!

Very nice! I love the soap, but cannot justify the bowl. At least I can enjoy vicariously through your wonderful pics!

I wish I could find the Oxford and Cambridge aluminum bowl. I love Lavender and really really like their take on it. Sadly it seems totally out of stock everywhere. If anyone has any notion of a store which still has it in stock, a PM to me would be most welcome.

Wow, incredibly fast a member has offered to sell me his set. Is it any wonder people love the Nook so much??

Man the new bowls better be butt ugly. I cannot imagine two bowls for the same soap in my den.

I actually held off on ordering the O&C dish because of this rumor (or I suppose it would be a rumour). I hope the new glass dish is as stunning as the aluminum (or aluminium) one.

Andrew

Ben,

Gorgeous kit. Gorgeous photos. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, I knew this would look great in someone's SOTD pics! I wish I used the soap as I would have bought them just for my pics! Biggrin
Congratulations, Ben! I can vicariously live through your pics! Biggrin

The dishes are exceptionally pricey without doubt, however they are also quite possibly the finest finished lidded soap bowls I have ever encountered. The have a confident and sturdy feel to them that screams masculine strength, yet they are as refined as an elite gentleman and every bit as sharply dressed...

While the idea of a beautiful glass bowl screams luxury, I think I would hate it as it would need good cleaning after every use. The MdC glass bowl is stunning IMHO but soap scum would drive me crazy.
