Italian Barber is creating their own slant razor using the RazoRock name. It is expected to be released in about 6 weeks or so. The prototype is plastic but the finished product will be sintered aluminum either in black or electric blue.
Update: Joe will release 150 slant razors which are 100% CNC aluminum in a black finish. This will take place on a Saturday & Sunday so everybody has a chance to get one at this low price. After that the razors will be priced accordingly (undetermined amount) but will still be reasonable per Joe. This will all happen in about 2 weeks.

Take my money, please. I've wanted to try a slant but I didn't want to spend any significant money on an idea that might not suit at all.

That looks great. I also like that the blade has exposed ends so you can get alignment 100%.

Hope it shaves smooth! If so, I'm in!

According to Joe the entire razor will be made in Canada and he is going to try to keep the cost at a reasonable amount.

Count me in for one. I wanted an Ikon but couldn't bring myself to spend the money in the end. Electric blue would be cool.

That looks like those Bakelite slants he had a while ago. Very nice and not aggressive at all. I found the iKon slant to have similar geometry but was way too big. This'd be a great one.

Looking forward to trying this. The iKon slant was a waste of money (for me), so I'm hoping that this one will be better. It certainly won't be as expensive.

This is exactly how the razor will be made. "The finished product will be all T6 aluminum and anodized in maybe black or electric blue. The handle is lathe turned and the head will be CNC milled from a billet".

I am very keen to give this a try. Too bad it won't be here in time for my wife to buy it for me for Christmas. Angel

I am actually looking forward to this razor. I would love the exposed blade ends to help with alignment issues as well.

I'm not keen on any razor that hides the ends. I thought it was just me Smile glad someone else is in the same camp.
