Muehle's Facebook page has a darkened photo of a new Muehle razor that is labeled "coming soon." It is certainly an interesting development, and we can now begin speculating as to when it will be introduced and more importantly, the specifics of the razor itself...slant, TTO, stainless, other?

02 12 might be the 2nd of December, in which case we won't have long to wait.

The name of the company is Mühle with an umlaut. However I was typing my message on a keyboard without a "ü" key. The use of "ue" in lieu of "ü" is an accepted and widely used English alternative to designate an umlauted German "u" when using a non German script keyboard.

With that said, it is indeed fun to speculate regarding the posting on the Mühle Facebook page. My personal hope is that Mühle will introduce a new high quality stainless steel or chromed brass razor with a slightly more aggressive head than the R89. That is my opinion not likely and what we are more likely to see is simply a new variant of the R89
razor.

I'd be all over that! I just cleaned up my r89 and matching RHMSR stand with scrubbing bubbles and boy do they every look great on my counter top. Shiny!

I'd love a stainless R41, but I don't think that's what it is. Stainless R41... (does Homer Simpson impersonation of drooling thinking about 'jelly donuts'...)

Here's an inverse of the picture which reveals structure and not color.
