Check out Barbatus Grooming shampoo and beard bars.  It should knock out the dandruff quite easily.

Love the smell, but it dries me out like no tomorrow.  Shampure is nice also.

Every now and again I'll start to feel product build up, then my scalp gets flaky. It's never a constant thing, it just happens sometimes. I think it may have been caused by the hair product I was using, I haven't noticed any flakes since I've been more proactive about the rotation and changed hair product.

For dandruff control, in my experience, nothing beats a pine tar formulation:  such as CARIA bar soap from Turkey (link).

How is the smell of that pine tar bar soap?

WSP Tea Tree shampoo bar. I've used all the expensive products for years, and my hair has never felt better since starting to use this.

The only shampoo my wife and I will use anymore is made by Maria Arman at Through The Fire Finecraft. We have used a bunch of different stuff over the years and agree that these are without question the best we've used. You don't even need a conditioner after shampooing; unless you just want to use one. She makes conditioner bars too for those that feel they need them; great stuff.

Alvarez Gomez Barberia shampoo and Combing water are fantastic! Tremendous lather. The combing water is a fine spray. Non sticky...loaded with nutrients...and with the same wonderful scent.

Shea Moisture is good. I'm guilty of using whatever my wife buys me but she's picky so it's usually good stuff.

Warm weather is here so it's Alcame Sea Foam and Beach Creme conditioner from their Island collection for me. My favorite hair products. Not cheap but super high quality.
