There have been several questions about dehydrated creams/soaps. It produces great lather and I like it better than most soft creams as I also have the CF cedarwood and sandalwood, T&H Grafton, and a wonderful rare Charles Tyrwitt lemon and cedar which are often used. It takes a lot less to lather and is just like the Martin de Candre from France. You can add a little distilled water or a small amount of the other Lavender tube soap to mix in if you like. Also, it is not the dried and cracked type and even that is fine to use. Below is a picture using the Castle Forbes with my iKon vintage shave brush. Enough lather was made after ten second's swirl for three passes.

T did not think about that but one never knows. The replate job in Rhodium made a lot of difference since the gold was wearing off.
