These creams suck and are horrid in terms of scent. Congrats on making me nearly vomit from the atrocious scents, TOBS. I've had much higher expectations than this. These are the FIRST creams in which I hate their scents and it's good I never paid for retail price for them.

I really thought the Eton College would smell good, but no. This one is probably worse than the St. James. They both smell like old grandmas.

They can't smell that bad. What do they smell like?, is it like cheap strong perfume. Put them on the Buy and sell forum someone will buy them.

They're much worse. Cheap perfume doesn't even come close to the way they smell. I think I will put them up for sale. There's no way I'm shaving with these creams.

This is a good example of YMMV because I love the smell of Eton College.

Yep, YMMV.
It sucks buying a product that you hate, I've done it many times. Trade them or toss them. Maybe you should try unscented creams or more modern brands. I'm not a fan of 'classic' scents or anything perfume like.

Try to get samples of products. You might like men-u, Kiss My Face or eShave.

Yeah, I know tell me about it. This is the first time I have ever had to hate a cream based on it's scent. Jesus, I feel like shoving an entire puck of Tabac up my nose to get these scents off me. I tried to take a shower to wash the smell away from my nose, but they're still there.

I didn't have a problem with Mr. Taylor and that's a barbershop type scent, it was nice kind of. So why am so highly turned away from the scents of eton college and

I love the smell of sandalwood, citrus and tobacco scented creams and soaps. I can sniff those all day long without a problem.

If you would like to trade them, post them in the soap trade thread. I feel that has been going really well

I liked Eaton College when I first got it, but now I no longer care for the smell. It didn't take but perhaps 4 uses for me to go to "ewww too sweet".
The other night I used the AS after using Mike's Barbershop soap. When I was down in my family room I kept thinking SWMBO had too many scented candles open as the room smelled sickeningly sweet to me. Took me 15 minutes to realize it was my face.

I do however still love Jermyn Street.

Unfortunate when that happens, but, that is part of the journey. Good luck.

I expected this to be spicy and citrusy, not perfumey. It's sort of growing on me though, little by little. I don't have that gag reflex I did earlier when I opened up the tubs.
