I've been on the "use up a product at a time" train, and a few months ago decided to try to use up a barely-touched puck of Cade. The performance, sadly, wasn't doing it for me, so I set it aside.

For the past month or so I was using MWF instead, and last week a thought occurred to me: what would happen if I lathered 30 seconds on the MWF puck, and 30 seconds on Cade?

The result is quite nice! It's been performing very well, and since MWF is basically unscented, I still get the wonderful scent of Cade (though it's a bit diluted.)

Anyone else try this?

No 2 soap combination for me, but I did use MWF and Musgo cream together and was very happy with results. I don't do this anymore, because I can get a decent lather from just any soap that I use.

I put a sample of Mike's Orange, cedarwood and black pepper on top of a puck of MWF. Lathered great, post shave feel was fantastic and the MWF smelled like orange for several weeks after the sample was gone.

I once got into an extended 4 month + run with MWF to use it up, and threw in a bunch of scented cream superlathers in that time to give a little variety. Blenheim Bouquet + MWF = Awesome in a Bowl.

Once in a while when I'm feeling adventurous I'll smear a little QCS into the bowl that I have a bar of Mike's barbershop pressed into.

I think that super lathering using two contrasting scents is great fun. Sometimes the result is not felicitous, but it's almost always interesting.
I recently used an Arlington shaving stick along with a sploodge of Eucris cream, and the result was terrific!
Another winning combination was Tabac shave stick and Musgo Real cream - fantastic!
