All-

I picked up a standard Dirty Bird Bill Bowl a while back. It was nice, but larger than I wanted. So I commissioned Julie at Dirty Bird to make a custom size bill bowl. The new one is 3 3/4 diameter and 2 inches deep. It arrived just in time for my birthday this week.

It's pretty much perfect.

I pretty much agree with that statement, size of the bowl and the colours are first class Euro

Best wishes on your Birthday Happybday

Take care, Mike

Looks great Max And congrats. Were you looking for a tighter turning radius for your lathering style? As it is, I sometimes think the original dia. I spec'd for the Bill bowl still results in "brush clanking".

Pretty much. I use modest size brushes, typically 22-23mm. The Emillion 2 is the largest bowl brush I have. I was able to use it with very little clanking.

Just for comparison, the other bill bowl I have is 4 1/4 diameter. The smaller diameter on the new one makes it lighter and more comfortable to use.

Wow! I see that I'm going to have to save up a couple of nickels so that I can get one of those. It looks wonderful and is about the size that I like too.
