how did you finish this brush? seems a bit glossier than your other brushes, but that may be just the lighting of the picture

Why isn't the "Romera" logo on the bottom of the handle?

Thanks,
Ed

Will you be adding the Romera logo to the bottom of the handles again?

When the brush was not engraved on the base.

Currently all brushes are engraved on the base.

I placed my first order with aremor on March 18, 2015. That's more than seven months ago. I've gotten several promises of pending shipment yet no tracking #. Now, there is no response from the seller, even after repeated messages and emails. This is no way to treat your customers. Hey, I'm beginning to think I've lost my investment. Huh

Mark, I hope that you get your issue resolved.

But about the brush, it is quite gorgeous. Wenge is hard to turn because it's so chippy with the grain, but not impossible. Glad to hear you are giving a try to tung oil finishes. I've done a couple of my brushes that way, very time consuming if done properly but the end result is worth it.

I'm in the same boat.  My order was placed / paid 3/28/15 and it has not made it to me yet.  I have confidence the orders will be filled but the wait has been quite a bit longer than expected and disappointing because the brushes are really spectacular judging from one I bought second hand and another that my friend let me try.  I have no doubt these brushes are the best value in shaving brushes but I see now why they are rarely mentioned.  Truly unfortunate and I'm rooting for him to get his system dialed in as his products are very nice.

I really hope he straightens all this out for you guys. I like to hope we have more decent individuals on here than that. Any chance any of you paid through paypal? Maybe file a claim if you can.

Mark, After I read your problem is the same as mine. I spent EU 494.00 . I called to Paypal and made a complaint about this case. I think you should do the same. I wouldn't call but unfortunately I had no other way.

Sorry to hear about the delays. I bought two brushes from Gustavo.  The second was delayed as it had been sent to another customer and I had to wait for a new brush to be made.

Has anyone received any correspondence lately? I thought I saw some posts by Gustavo recently about knots for sale.

Best of luck to everyone.
