Hello,

Just joined. Doing research due to my frustration with cartridge shaving: planning, budgeting etc. Not in the place space/money wise to go all out, but looking for clean practical shaving regimen I can adapt for a fast "get out of the house" shave or longer "get it right shave."

Will post more in another forum.

Thanks

Peter

Welcome and search no longer - traditional shaving (either DE or straight) is smoother, more comfortable and easier on the skin than the "latest and greatest" multi blade cartridge system... and it can even be cheaper. Unless you, like so many of us, gets bitten by the various AD bugs - what I've done is set a monthly budget similar to what I would have to spend buying cartridges and canned goo.

Look around, ask questions; I'm pretty sure you'll be hard pressed to find more helpful and polite gentlemen than traditional wetshavers - even if some of them are enablers on a grand scale Tongue

A very warm welcome to TSN!

You are definitely on the right track! But you didn't say you wanted to enjoy shaving. You just might, if you can believe that. (I didn't)

A huge welcome to the Nook. Anything you need to know about wet shaving can be found here, to ask anyone.
