Hello:
This is my first post.
Hope I'm doing it right...

I've been a Gillette customer for a long time (I'm in my 60's).
I just didn't imagine razors as a special interest until recently.
Having Irish problem skin I was always looking for the "Holy Grail"
that would be better for my skin. When a new product was introduced,.. I got it !
I put the old model in a box.

Between what my father had and what I bought myself, it turns out I have one of almost everything they made ( old types OC &CC,new ,super speeds of every variety, fat & slim boy etc. I have to qualify the list ... as I never bought the gold plated or better versions.
But, a good collection of slightly used models nonetheless.
Additionally, I have several straight razors and a nice Gem G-Bar model.

I look forward to contributing and sharing info with the distinguished company.
Cheers,
Jim

Thanks for the great welcome!

Do I move on to the general shave forum/thread or continue here ?

I'd like to follow up on soaps as mentioned by stoutreader above.

Thanks and bear with me until I get used to posting ( how to & where ).

Welcome to The Shave Nook, Jim, and enjoy your stay. Smile

By all means, go to the forum/thread that interests you and post there. If you have a question about something in particular and you cannot find an answer then simply post your own thread in the proper forum. For example, if you are wondering about a particular blade and do not see any references to it then post your own thread in the blade forum to get the ball rolling. Have fun. Smile
