How does the knot feel compared to the Rooney Heritage line? The only Simpson I've used is a Best and it wasn't the best fit for me.

Definitely softer than Best.

The famed Rooney Heritage first generation 2 band "gel tip" is softer.

Beautiful brush, Ben ... and the LE 'imit. ivory' handle is distinctive.

I have a 'regular' CH2 Super, and enjoy the soft tips of the Super hair, as well as the famed CH2 density.

GLWTS.

A CH 2 Super just with the standard handle rod stock direct from Simpson will set you back around $300 US plus shipping. I imagine, it would be even more now for the LE version...

I intend to withdraw this brush at the end of the day (I think I was erroneous to consider parting with it anyway)...

I don't know why someone hasn't jumped on this. This is a good brush that should appeal to most people. Makes me wonder if all the talk is just talk.
