I have decided to have a "Stirling Week", using a different Stirling soap each day.
I am airing out my new Glacial puck (per Rod's latest instructions for it) to finish up with!

I started today with Stirling Clubman paired with my Slim, a Personna Med Prep, and my Whipped Dog Silvertip. It lathered easily and gave me a great shave.
I am off to a great start!

Sticking with the “Old School Scents” at the beginning of the week, I went with the Stirling Bay Rum today. All of the latest Stirling formulations seem to lather quickly and easily and provide a smooth, cushioning shave. I finished up with Krampert’s Bay Rum. Great combination! The Krampert’s Bay Rum goes as well with the Stirling Bay Rum as the Krampert’s Frostbite goes with the Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic!
Another great “Old School Shave”!

Thanks Celestino! I am!
I am four days into my Stirling Week. I used the Lavender Sage today. This was only my 2nd shave with it. I really like this scent! It produced a quick, easy, thick lather. I had a great shave. This was the 5th day for the Med Prep in the Slim: close, smooth, and nick free. I topped off my shave today with Speick!

I am five days into my Stirling Week. I used Margaritas in the Arctic today. This was the first Stirling soap I used several months ago. It is one of my favorites. It gives a great easy smooth, cushioning lather and the scent fills the room with memories of the Caribbean. The MITA makes you want to try and drink it just like the Cella makes you want to try and eat it! It has just the right amount of menthol for me. I finished up with Krampert’s Frostbite, the perfect mate, IMHO, for the MITA soap!

I am six days into my Stirling Week. I headed to the hills with Ozark Mountain this morning. It has a refreshing “woodsy” scent and lathers like a champ. I face lathered again today. Along with the Slim and Voskhod, it gave up a great smooth, close shave! I decided to stay in the woods, so I finished with Pino Silvestre.

Today was my final day of my Stirling Week. I saved the Glacial for last. I have been airing out my latest puck in my bowl per Rod’s suggestion. I lathered on the puck for a bit and then went to my face. I got a good slick, cushioning lather with an immediate menthol rush. Glacial lets you know right away that you are using a mentholated soap! My eyes were not watering during the 3rd pass though like they did with my original puck of Glacial. I finished with Barbon for one more menthol blast.
This has been a fun and interesting week using a different Stirling soap each day with the same brush and razor. It seems that Rod and Stirling have truly gotten the latest formulations very uniform as far as ease of lathering and performance. They each provided a quick cushioning lather with excellent glide giving me 7 close, smooth, and nick free shaves.
At $4.75-$7.50 per large puck, Stirling is not only a great line of Artisan soaps, but is absolutely in the "Best Bang for the Buck Club".
