I have a lot of soap scum built up on my razor. What's the best method of cleaning?

A good dish/hand soap with toothbrush and warm water.
Scrubbing Bubbles is fine, also.

Warm water, toothbrush and some TLC should do - an ultrasonic bath can help with the stubborn bits.
