Since using my Weber I must say Rubbing Alcohol has been great. Give it a little dip and it prevents stains. For anyone that has stainless appliances you can use it for this as well. It may not be perfect but it is the best I know of so far. Do not waste your money on cleaners that don't work well. Not sure how it works but it works. Maybe this is old news but if it helps someone then my job is done.

Another trick for stubborn water spots is to use the water spot prevention fluid used in the dishwasher. However, be very careful. The fluid is highly concentrated straight from the bottle. Put it on and wash it right off . Do not let it sit on the stainless steel for more than 20 or 30 seconds. Put it on, rub it with a cloth and rinse it right off. It will remove the water spot and prevent new ones from forming for a while.
