I've tried the blue and the green. I believe some of the difference is in the scent. As in all things shaving, YMMV, but I think they are all to be avoided. They work, but leave a lot to be desired. Too many other great soaps out there

Nick, the stick is totally different than the bowl.
The bowl is a veggie/glycerin based soap, and a poor one.
As for the stick, it is tallow based, contains lanolin and is outstanding - for me, comparable to other fine shaving sticks, like Valobra or La Toja.
