Yes it is marked Blonde badger but Lee sabini is famous for marking M&F brushes blonde but having Finest hair in the brush.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Nice brushes ... the asking prices of $200 and $225 seem a tad steep compared to what Lee Sabini would charge for comparable brushes.

Jordy I think you're a great guy but your prices are excessively high. I understand that you live in Canada and I also understand that people WILL pay these prices but it is not fair to the community. Sorry.

I know they are steep but Im opening it up to worldwide shipping If I was to only ship within Canada the prices would be a lot cheaper.

For a 2XL finest brush ran me about $225 after exchange the last time I had a brush made by Lee.

The Chief is larger then the regular chief and ran about the same after exchange rates.

Im in no need to make money of these Im just selling them for the price I paid considering the use of them is minimal.

I dropped them to be fair but no more price drops after that.

I beg to differ, at least regarding the 2XL. M&F 2XL Finests have sold on the forums the last couple years for $175-320, so Jordy's price seems to me to be quite reasonable.

As far as 2XL's go, I agree with John. Depending on the hair grade, Lee has charged me anywhere from $200-250. So Jordy's price is certainly reasonable. The only instance where I've paid less, is when I've purchased multiple brushes from Lee in one order. Truthfully, we're lucky Lee doesn't charge a lot more for theses exceptional brushes.

Lee's making me a brush right now or I'd buy the Butterscotch. Good luck, Jordy.

Just a suggestion, but if anyone has a problem with a seller's set price, why not PM them?

+1. Personally I think that's the best approach, since I don't think it's my duty to 'protect' potential buyers and I think it's a little bit rude to question a price, but others obviously don't agree.

My apologies here to everyone. I should have PMed Jordy, rather than post in the thread.

I apologize as well. Jordy is a quality member. I have had good experiences in dealing with him here on the BST.

Love the cobalt but too rich for my blood. The chief is a great brush.

Wow, M&F Chief's don't show up for sale often! Price is inline with demand (shouldn't last long).
I'd buy but I'm still waiting to hear back from Lee about my own Chief.
GLWTS.
