While working on some shave brush stands, I decided this would be a good place for some pictures of my Semogue LEs. I apologize for the delay, but I had neck surgery the week before Thanksgiving and am just now able to get back to my woodworking shop/somewhat normal activities.

I originally was going to pick-up the Cerda; however, while reading the many positive posts on the Texugo, and Mistura, I decided to purchase all three. Also, with the many posts concerning face lathering with these brushes, I am going to use this lathering technique.

This line of Semogue LEs are beautiful and each one is unique. Leon at Vintage Scents and Semogue came through with a winner.

I'm really mad I missed out on those. Not sure where my head was at. I have a 2010 LE Boar and a 2011 Finest Bristle 1. Both very different brushes that I use for different purposes.

I'm still waiting to get my hands on a Mistura. I stalk the BST like crazy.

Very nice pictures Ed!

I agree in that they are definitely winners from Leon and Semogue. The softness of the Texugo (the only one I have) really surprised me, especially after reading some reviews of the SOC 2 band potentially having scritch or prickle. None of that came through in the Texugo for me.

They are lovely brushes, I hope you are enjoying them as much as I'm enjoying my Texugo!

Thanks to you and Johnny for the comments concerning the pictures!!

Also, I guess I should have named this post "Barbear Classico" LEs. Still, Semogue made them and Leon did the marketing.
