I'll be in Vegas in a few weeks and wanted to know if there are any B&M shave shops.

Oscar, I'm keen to know this too. My sister is a Las Vegas showgirl (currently performing in Jubilee at Bally's) and I intend to visit her (and her husband) in March or April...

That's awesome Ben! I've seen various threads from years pas about shops in various casinos, but I believe most, if not all, have closed. I'm hoping someone who's recently been to Vegas has some current info.

Hah, maybe later in the year. For now I think the cab fare from Vegas to SoCal might be a little pricey so I'll stick to the neon lights in the desert. For now...

Well good thing I'll be at the Aria...but I've sworn off fusions.

There is not much, really. Acca Kappa has a boutique in the Venetian, there is a fantastic Penhaligon's selection inside the Wynn, and Truefitt & Hill have a shop as well.

Thanks for the info Bob. Are they all still open? It's possible my recollection is off (highly possible), but I thought that T&H was considering at one time reducing their stores.

I was there about 3 years ago. According to AK's website, the Venetian shop is there. Penhaligon's is at Wynn Apothecary inside the hotel/casino. I'm not sure if T&H is still open, though Mantic did a video a couple of years ago of his shave there. It turns out that there are a few AOS shops as well, including at Mandalay Bay.

I think it was Art of Shaving where Mantic had his shave on his anniversary.

Yep, Art of Shaving. Here is a review I did with Mantic back in 2012. First part of the interview.

They might be two separate events, Johnny. Mark has a two part video on tips from a master barber much more recently, and I *think* it's at T&H. Regardless, it's pretty slim pickings in Vegas.

Well, you were right about the selection of Penhaligons at the Wynn! Wow! I didn't make it to the Venetian so I didn't get to check out the AK boutique or locate the T&H store. Frankly I'm happy enough to have smelled the entirety of Penhaligons for men, and a few women's scents for my wife as well.

That place is serious sensory overload.
