I have been wanting a Fat Handle Tech with the triangular holes. I just got one from jshnks and it is a beauty. I look forward to shaving with it soon!

Thanks Joshua!

Looks a nice one, plating intact, and oh so shiny Smile Well done, and enjoy that shave!

I find Gillette Super Thins work well in these. I tried a Nacet this morning, and it was a very pleasant surprise indeed. First shave though, don't know how many I'll get out of it. My brother had picked some up in a sample pack. Little in the way of reviews about the Nacet.

Keep an eye out for a British Fat Handle. Slightly heftier, and a slightly more aggressive shave, but I wouldn't call it aggressive. I have the USA, Canadian and British versions. I like them all.

Nice!
I just got a fixer-upper 1932 Canadian triangle last night.
I'm gonna clean it up first to see what I have, but judging by the amount of green corrosion on it, I'm sure I'll hafta sent it off for a replating.

I don't mind, I'm rescuing it!

Been using my Tech just like the one pictured lately. Amazingly good shaver for something considered to be a "mild" razor. Like it and should use it more often.

My first shave with the FH Tech did not disappoint! It feels great in my hand and is very easy to handle. I used a Gillette Silver Blue and Stirling Iced Coffee soap. It is more aggressive than my 1950 Ball End Tech and gives a slightly closer shave. I am going to like this one!

I just had my 4th shave with the Fat Handle Tech. It is definitely a "keeper". It seems to like the GSB too!

Congrats, Bob. Seeing those photos makes me want to replate mine (and wish I had access to a cheap and good replater!)

I just got mine in the mail today and I love it already. Can't wait to try it out tomorrow with a Feather blade (also a first).

I did. And it was gloriously smooth. BBS in 3 passes with some touch ups. No irritation. Love it!

that's a nice razor, Bob.  Congrats.

I had one of those a long time ago, but I sold it.  I hung onto a very similar razor, which was a Canadian fat-handle with the triangular slots.  Just a tiny bit bigger gap, but essentially the same razor.  That's why I decided to sell the American one, because the two were very close to the same.

In any case, it's an excellent razor.
