Here's something quite old which you can only find in the Middle East or North Africa, and is made in Hungary. It's from the same company as the excellent Barbon cream. Here's my take on it:

Ease of lathering: 10/10--Explodes into lather right away.

Longevity of lather: 9/10--Very stable but the Barbon is better. Still, no problem that way either.

General skincare: 8/10-- Leaves the skin smooth and feeling clean. Barbon is still somewhat better.

Scent: 9/10--Exactly like the Barbon scent-wise. Fresh and grassy. Very nice.

Price: 10/10--2,99$ for a 100 gram tube is what I'd call a steal, no?

Would I buy again: 8/10--Perhaps. However, I definitely somehow prefer Barbon!

It's not too often that you could find a good traditional lather cream or soap here in Montreal. My wife and I went shopping at an Egyptian-owned grocery store yesterday and I saw this Caola stuff so I thought that for 2,99$ I'd be a sport. It's a good and honestly-performing cream that gets the job done very easily and well. Again, although it's made in Hungary you'll only find it in the Middle East and North Africa. It's used in barbershops over there and very popular.

Jeff, you are always finding some obscure cream to use. You must have quite a few. Good to see you can find these things in Montreal!

I know the cardbox looks like, green and white colors with Arabic writing.Has a green appearance, disinfecting effect on a skin also stops bleeding from cuts. Recently manufactured Caola cream has exactly matches Barbon's ingredients. Its like alternate packaging for Barbon.

Yes, I noticed that it says that it has a disinfecting effect and a haemosthetic effect.
