I'm in love with how this thing shaves after just one go around. Took it slow and cautious and got a bloodless BBS (DFS on small neck patch).

Angle technique comes into play with this beast but I don't find it any more aggressive/rough than some of my SE's to be honest.

Glad to hear you found a nice combo you enjoy shaving with. Is that the 2013 R41 head?

Congratulations finding the perfect shave with a really great shaving razor. Both 2011' & 2013' shave very similarly but the 2011' is little more on the aggressive side.

The other day I read Codfish' review of the R 41, as part of my never ending razor quest. Now I read your thread-Looks like an excellent razor, and the Weber handle gives an added weight/balance dimension. I nearly pulled the trigger on the R41 the other night, and may still go after one.

Another killer shave today with this combo. Used a super lather of proraso green and MWF combined with the feather blade and a cold water shave. One minor weeper but zero redness/irritation and a 3pass BBS.
