Is anyone else on the Nook a fan? I have Epic Man, Jubilation XXV and samples of some others. High quality and very well done frags IMO.

Will let you know in about a week...

Tried samples of Honour Man and Memoir Man a few months ago - didn't care for Honour Man, Memoir man was nice but it didn't move enough to grab a decant or full bottle.

Just ordered samples of Jubilation XXV... Reflection Man... Lyric Man... and Epic Man yesterday and expect them to arrive mid-week. Am anxious to try them.

I am an Amouge fan. I have Memoir man and Jubilation XXV. Good stuff, I use Memior on cloudy days and Jubilation when the weather warms up.

Great house with high quality fragrances. I have Dia, Silver, Jub XXV and Memoir in the men's range. If you have the opportunity, I'd recommend trying some fragrances from Frederic Malle, Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Roja Dove.

Haven't tried any of these yet, but hopefully soon enough.

Which one would you guys recommend starting with?

I have a few bottles and decants of Malle and MFK frags including Vetiver Extraordinaire, Geranium PM, Muscs Ravegeaur, APOM, Cologne Pour Le Soir and others. Roja Dove frags are insanely expensive, even if I could get in a split but I'd like to sample them at some point. Any you particularly suggest trying?

I'd start with Jubilation XXX as it is their most universally appreciated scent.

You mean Jubilation XXV, or is this another fragrance?

VE and MR are insanely good Smile For MFK, I recommend sampling Cashmere Oud, it's beautifully balanced and uses all naturals. With Roja Dove, I like Puredistance M and Enigma pour Homme, I have the EDP of Enigma and the Extrait is coming shortly.

Not sure if you've ever tried Japanese incense, however I'd recommend the Shoyeido Premium range. I was at Lucky Scent in LA a few weeks back and they had the some in store. The lower end isn't expensive and they're perfection.

Yep, it's Jub XXV. I'd also add Dia, Silver and Memoir. It took me a few wearings to fully appreciate these fragrances.

Auto correct turned XXV to XXX...must of thought I was writing about pornBiggrin

I've tried Cashmere Oud but with you recommendation should sample it again. I have M and agree with your assessment and am curious as to your thoughts on Enigma.

Engima is a beautifully complex and spicy amber, I have a feeling you'll be sniffing your arm all day Biggrin There's a very good review by Mick Trick who nails the opening and the dry down. I'll send you a sample of the EDP when I sell something on BST which shouldn't be too far away Smile

Cashmere Oud's probably an acquired taste, I've found it layers very well with Puredistance Black.

I've tried XXV, Memoir, and Epic. I would my preference between them in that order. I'm not much of an incense fan, so haven't found Amouage very appealing in the past. That being said, I was surprised how much I liked XXV. The other two I just couldn't see myself wearing very often.

Oh, and you guys can count me in if we get a decant swap situation up and running!
