Hi

I've been using cartridge shavers for most of my shaving life, but I'm now going to jump into using a double edged razor since I've been thinking about it for a couple of years and my girlfriend went and bought me some nice soap from Muhle for Valentine's.

Outside of shaving I'm just starting out as a driving instructor. I also go Airsofting, love cars(especially classic cars) and I own a classic mini Cooper, that I did a three and a half year nut and bolt restoration on, which I'm now starting to go on runs with(2nd year London too Brighton this year) and shows. I also do voluntary work at a children's charity when I can.

At this time I'm thinking of getting a Muhle R89 with stand and brush, not sure to go for Gold or chrome. Or maybe a higher end second hand one off here as I'm not sure I can replace the brush tip on the brush that goes with the r89. Money is tight but I would rather spend and get something that will last and make me smile when I look at it unlike my fusion.

I probably won't be the most active member but hopefully I put in something here Smile

Welcome to The Shave Nook. Participate when you can.

When I was younger I owned and restored several classic British vehicles. A Triumph TR3, 59 bug eye sprit, one Mini Cooper, and several MGB's. All great and fun cars to drive.

Hey, thanks, nice to know that there are some fellow Midlanders here too Tongue and thanks for the offer Smile.

I do like my Japanese cars too, a couple of friends of mine own a mk1 mr2 that they race. Been tempted by various Honda's myself too.
