This is the Rooney two-band Heritage "Stubby" Size 3 (large) super silvertip. I bought it toward the end of last year, used a few times and then put it aside. It's a glorious brush with a dense knot, good backbone and silky soft tips. But then why put it aside? Well, I am not fond of fan shaped brushes, and despite all the effort to like them, I just prefer the bulb shape knots. The brush works wonder for both face and bowl lathering.

Here are the number:

Knot: 26 mm
Loft: 50 mm
Super Silvertip

The price is $165 shipped U.S. Paypal is fine. No trades, please. Thank you.

Just so you know these were selling at Classic Shaving for $200 brand new. Obie is easy to deal with and definitely takes good care of his stuff. $165 is not bad at all for this brush Cool

Agreed. $165 is fantastic for the 2 band Heritage hair. I bought my Stubby 3 2-band from him and so far it ranks as my top brush.

While we're at it, I purchased my first two badger brushes from Obie, a Thater and a Shavemac. He's wonderful to deal with and his handwritten note is a nice touch. GLWTS

Great brush! I have one, and prefer fan, and I paid close to 2 c notes for it and it's worth every penny. Someone should jump on this.
