Hi !

Happy to be here. I've been wet shaving for about a year and a half now, and i'm truly enjoying it. The shaving part is great, but I've come to enjoy the ''social'' part even more. All the forums, the Fbook pages and everything, it's great! You can talk, exchange, trade, sell etc., it's makes wet shaving a truly enjoyable and fun hobby!

Now, a bit about me. I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Like I said earlier I started wet shaving no too long ago, but I never looked back. I switch because I couldn't shave without getting a lot of irritation. At some point, I just stopped shaving and grew a beard! But then I got a job that required a clean shave, so I start looking around for other or better ways to do it. I first started with straight blades! The feel of a single blade, the smooth shave you could get out of a straight suprised me! And next thing I knew, I had 12+ straights, 5 shaving soaps, 3 creams and 2 brushes =P I learned how to hone, how to strop and even how to restore them. But then, about 6 months ago, I discovered DEs. I found that I could get a similar shave quality, but without all the blade care a straight requires. So now I mainly use DEs, but I'll also use straights from time to time.

I study classical music, hence the name ThreeBs ( Bach, Beethoven and Brahms, which are me favourite composers )

I think that's it!

Thanks!

I've been all over North America and a few EU countries. Montreal is my favorite city of all. Cosmopolitan, yet quaint and charming. Not to mention some superb food, and friendly people.

Welcome to the Nook!
