I just got this hone[Image: XSg4g1S.jpg][Image: SCvlE3Y.jpg][Image: iK4M25V.jpg]. Seems different from the ones described By others. Blue gray with striping of darker gray and brown. Quite attractive. It lapped easily with a 325 diamond plate. Much slower to slurry than my belgian blue, takes about a minute. No time to try it on lunch, any opinions? Likely to be good or bad as a finisher?

I have one of those Chinese 12k hones and it performs well for a finisher.

It helped put a glorious finish on my Japanese kamisori razor.

Definitely try it with a creamy slurry and take it through to only water.

100 laps total produced some great results!

Best to you on your first use!
