They're all great combos, Obie! May I also add another fine improvisation that was yours until recently Wink: Edwin Jagger 89L head on a Merkur 1904 handle. I love this razor. Thanks again!

Tonality,
Thanks for the kind words. The Plaza is my favorite of all the Edwin Jagger handles, because it's perfect for me. I think Neal Jagger must have designed it for my hands. I had been thinking of matching it with the Weber, one of my preferred shave heads. Everything seems to mesh in the new razor: balance, looks and shave. It's become a sweetheart of a razor for me.

Ah, Bill, my friend, that is a good looking razor. I was proud of that matching. I'm glad you like it. It turned out to be a sweet shaver, too. Enjoy.

Tonality,
Here are some closeups of the EJ Plaza/Weber combination. I couldn't get the system to work earlier:

That plaza handle with the dlc coated head does look really nice. Black & black. Thanks for showing all these combinations.

Jerry,
Thanks for the compliment. I have a faux ivory version of the EJ Plaza, too, and plan to top it with the Weber ARC shave head as soon as it becomes available. I think one of our members mentioned that it would be available in the near future. Or did I dream that? I really fancy the Weber razors. Of course, I love the Edwin Jaggers, too. The Weber shaves my Hollywood face probably better than most of the closed comb razors I have tried, vintage and modern.
Stay well.

Alright, you guys stop it right now. I'm having a hard enough time with my soap and brush AD. I don't need this temptation.

Then again, my dear friend, what's life without our shaving sins?

My Frankenrazor is a FaTip head on an Ikon Bulldog handle.

The FaTip handles are average to say the least. Teamed with the Ikon handle, it's what this razor deserves to be!

My frankenrazor I was using before SE May started was the Weber ARC on a fat tech handle. Short, light weight, zipped across my face, I love it.
