Can anyone say whether or not these blades are good? I know YMMV, but what other blade might they remind you of?

Also, who the Hades makes them? Are they rebranded Personna?

I dont know who makes them but here is my experience. I picked up a 5 pack. They were excellent. Sharp, no drag, lasted several shaves. I then ordered 30 online. Got them and every 3rd blade was horrible, I mean horrible. I havent used them since. Very inconsistent in my experience.

That was my experience too. I used the yellow pack (chrome platinum) but there is also the Astor red pack (stainless). It was pretty random - some blades were really great and the others were horrid. Ordered another pack some time later and got the same results. So I won't be trying them again.
I think Bic actually makes them and they aren't rebranded at all.

Well, sounds conclusive to me. Sample packs: good sense for a new shaver to experiment with a few before settling on a favourite. And even then, keep trying new blades on the recommendations of other users.

I found them to be close to Derby's but I've only tried two of them. If you would like to try some PM your address and I'll send some out to you.

The Bic is my blade . I think the best thing is to get sampler packs and try stuff out [ as has been said ] . Surely , our faces are different . As far as a similar " feeling " blade .. Maybe Astra Platinum .

In my experience they were okayish for the first shave, horrible on the second go. Firmly off my list, but YMMV and QC seems to be a bit lacking.

They work great in my slant for head shaves, but not so good in my progress for face shaves. As others have said, the quality seems to vary from blade to blade.

I have a similar experience. When I started wetshaving, I got these in a sampler pack and loved them. They were my favorite in the sampler pack.

I ordered 200… hated them ever since. Nothing but terrible, scraping shaves.
