I was looking for a new travel bag for my razors and gear. Travel quite a bit, mostly business and wanted to find a quality product for my gear. I ordered the below Travel Bag from Saddleback - I choose this bag for a few reasons, quality leather, construction etc. but I really like the two interior pockets (sleeves) that I think will secure my razors and protect them.

Should have it soon and will post a review when I get it.

Received the bag today - here are my initial thoughts:

- Bag is well constructed, very good leather, stitching is tight. Inside space has enough room for gear and products needed for a trip. The bag is made out of one piece of leather and is constructed to handle accidental spills inside. The manufacture states you could use the inside like a cooler and store ice, with a simple wipe down after use.

- The two pockets on the top were tight and I believe they will become more soft after use and break-in. The best option I see for storing razors, would be storing the heads and handles separate and apart (pic below). Heads and handles are securely tucked in place and should not move during travel. I tried the handle and head together but the head was a little too big and it do not sit well in the sleeve. Razors pictured are a Muhle R41 with a grande handle and Muhle R89 with rose handle. Sleeve is also capable of storing a pack of blades if needed.

Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. We'll see how it performs on my next trip!

It does look good.

Let us know how the razors hold up staying in the holders.

And let us know how much the bag holds.

Very nice, I am fan of Saddleback products. I have a couple of their wallets and like everything they make they are virtually indestructible. My son has been salivating for one of their briefcases and finally decided on one. It's big bucks but should last throughout his career and beyond. He sent me a copy of the response he got from them on his initial inquiry and it was just a hoot to read but you can see they really care about their products and taking care of their customers
