According to the USA website, Acca Kappa has 1869 Shaving Cream in stock, and a new one (new to me, at least) called Cedro (for Cedar). I was going to order some of the Cedro Aftershave Splash, but it's out of stock. Have any of you guys heard of this Cedro Shaving Cream? Is it of the same quality as the 1869 Almond Cream? Here's the Link.

I used the Cedro aftershave this morning -love it! I was not aware of a Cedro Shaving cream though.

They have them priced at $40! That's about twice what the previous 1869 cream sold for.

Sam, these are between 7 and 8 ounces of shaving cream. Do you recall what size the pots used to be when they were a flat $20? I had a pot of 1869 once, but it's long gone.

Phil - I've always been intrigued about the Cedro. I'm a fan of straight woodsy/pine/fir type scents and Cedro sounded like it would be in that arena but once I decided to buy it it was out of stock. How would you describe the scent?

200ml or just under 7 ounces. They appear the same size.

Thanks for the info!
Still, seems way too expensive IMHO. I'd be willing to pay that much for the soap, not the cream.
