I did not know that Elite Razors also does Progress customizations. Thank you for the tip. Cool

No he doesn,t... ..this was a custom razor he let go to me..said it was too much work..come check it out .

Below is the custom Progress I provided to Harvey. I built it to see if I could, but the time it took to complete will make Harvey's piece a "one of a kind"

Best redo I've seen, since no more are available I'm glad I like my plastic knobBiggrin

Besides mine has the notches not dots between the numbers, from what I understand these are later versions that align properly. Mine seems to.

Nice site BTWClap

Those waiting for Lee's site to have the Megress in stock should check now. As of 12 minutes ago, 12 p.m. MST the regular Megress and the XL were in stock.

I just bought a Merkur Progress from Jerry and he mentioned iKon made a knob for the Progress (and Harvey mentioned it in this thread). Does anyone have an extra one of these or know if Greg still makes them?

Greg has them once in a while...there is another easier cheaper way to modify the knob...just use an oil stain and tint it black or some other color with a Q-tip...if you are going to change it anyway you try that first..it will absorb color and just mask off the numbers first. I do have an BRW standard handle knob (sort of a hex shape one of his first attempts) and an Ikon sort of a MER copy..(long handle).his newer one I saw was way more cool..try and get one of those first.
