It always makes me nervous when I get razors to restore from other restorers.
This piece came in, a bit worse for wear but I had little to loose by trying.
I cleaned up the blade itself the best I could but since it's not much thicker than a DE blade I couldn't go too far before it became tin foil.
The shaft ( both sides ) had some interesting characters on it and my goal was to save them.
The scales themselves are injection molded and I was able to clean up the flashing , get them polished and not remove the characters that match the stamping on the shaft.

The shot of the reverse of the shaft shows a reflection of my camera lens. The pitting shows up more in magnified photos but is not very noticeable in person.

The characters translate on the face as Towa Registered,
and the back, Special Strong Iron ( steel) Product.

Just gorgeous! I love seeing or taking something that looks horrible and making it look amazing. That potential is so powerful. Great work!

I am late to the party. I have restored three of the style in equivalent condition upon receipt. They were from differing manufacturers and yours is as good as blade thickness safety can allow. Most took a lot of honing to reach good steel and, if you had to hone a lot, you have pulled off a nice curve at the heal. A beautiful job of work.
