Ill admit it, Ive been on a Brut binge lately. That said, I ran across something called Brut "special reserve" cologne the other day. Upon further research I found that it is "supposed" to be the original 1964 formula before the cheaper Brut 33 was launched in 1968. I had to try it, so I picked a 3oz green (glass) bottle w/medallion up at Walgreens for $8.00. This is not the same stuff in the plastic bottle. It's far better and two sqirts lasts all day on me. If you like Brut you'll love the"speacial reserve".

Old post but felt like it needed a comment.

Along with Pinaud, i truly think that these two will be around until the Rapture. I am both a Brut and Pinaud man myself. I have been wanting to try the special reserve for some time.

Love me some Brut, i just used up my last bath bar of "Brutish" from Stirling. I hope Rod makes it again, its good stuff. I still want to try the special reserve & the vanilla myself.
