I was looking to purchase some of Mike's bath soaps, but it appears that virtually everything is sold out.

Was curious what other artisans make a nice bath soap? Thanks for the help.

Mystic Water makes a nice variety of bath soaps also ... comparable to Mike's IMO.

Thank you! Do you find they last long? I have ordered some soaps on Etsy that have literally lasted two weeks and melted to mush.

Using a soap 'rack' prolongs the life of any bath soap.

With such precautions, my Mystic Water bath soaps last me 4-6 weeks, with daily use ... not a bad deal IMO.

Stirling. And most of them are only $3 a bar.

Lime is my absolute favorite. I also like Sharp Dressed Man and Almond Creme.

I really like Mystic Water also. I find them very similar to Mike's, but I enjoy the scents more.

Mystic Water has an incredible selection. I'm actually confused as to what type of soap to order. Pretty impressive selection.

It's very much a YMMV and personal preference type of thing.
I suggest you shoot Michelle a PM or email, and she may be able to guide your choices ...

I like the Sunshine bath soap myself, as it matches the shampoo bar ... lightly scented but not overpowering ... clean and refreshing.

I just received the Birch Tar soap from the Mod Cabin. It is an all purpose bathing, shaving, beard washing (as per their desc) soap. My initial thoughts are the scent, which is very strong, will be one either loved or not. That being said I cant make a fair assessment until I use it and use it a few times. I was actually planning on doing so tonight. I love the look of the soap. It has that broken bar rustic look with a heavy paper band around it. It suits their theme perfectly and I like it very much. Their whole marketing theme and website are very, very well done Kudos to them.
Im looking forward to trying it out. Ill update after I do.

I recently started using a sample of Beehive Alchemy's North Woods bath soap. Perhaps it is just my awareness of the name influencing me, but I think I have smelled pine trees, damp wood, and moss when using it. I like it.

1. Mike's or Mystic Water most of the time.

2. Claus Porto: Sandalwood or Vetiver.
