Semogue 3 band SilverTip in Horn
![[Image: I6NgfDA.png]](http://i.imgur.com/I6NgfDA.png)
This is a copy of the Semogue 2013 Foro Afeitado Limited Edition brush.
It features the same whiter and softer Selected Silvertip Badger hair
and is equally densely stuffed.
The knot displays good backbone and the tips possess a luxurious softness.
The knot is 24mm in diameter and 52mm tall.
The handle is Asian Water Buffalo horn and it is 47mm tall.
It differs from the FA brush in that it is sans engraving on the base
and it is wearing the older decal.
Here is it's maiden use...

The feel on the face is Simpson Chubby-esque (Super) in relation to density,
perhaps equivalent to a CH 1. 5, but not quite the same "wall" of badger (and definitely not a CH 2).
The hair has been likened to Shavemac D01 SilverTip hair and I tend to agree.
For me however, it most strongly resembles the extra densely stuffed (and recently discontinued) Theirs Issard brushes.

Thanks Ben, i have been eagerly waiting to check out your take on this brush. It is a truly stunning brush in person, but you have a way of making the truly beautiful surreal with your photography. Thanks for sharing!
Oh, Now your going to get me in trouble if they release a brush like that
a semogue select silvertip or 2-band in close to a chubby 2 size
