As far as I know there are only two current and active wetshaving podcasts;

BrushnSoapnBlade, and
Moustache and Blade

They are both good and very different.

BrushnSoapnBlade is my favorite by far though. It's a one-man-show with Rick as the host and I really like how honestly he covers products. Some he loves and some...well...he really doesn't Smile I like following along as he tries out new soaps, blades, etc.

Moustache and Blade is by the guys at HowToGrowAMoustache and their production value is a tad better but their content is unfortunately often a bit too 'commercial' and not 100% sure that they always say what they really want to say due to business relationships, etc. It feels less 'real' - but still an enjoyable podcast to listen to!

Anyone else have these playing in their earholes each week - and, know of any others? Smile

No ... I don't listen to wet-shaving related podcasts.

YMMV and all that though ... to each their own.

I've enjoyed both shaving podcasts, but consider them two different animals.

Brush, Soap n Blade reminds me of old style talk shows before they became shouting screeds. A friendly host (with a great radio voice), who simply chats to the listener, easy to listen to, friendly host.

Mustache & Blade is a little a more modern sensibility, more fast paced and has some different iterations. If you go back in there archives, there are some great interviews with Mantic59, Lynne Abrams and Mantic59.

Along with the arrival of Reddit's Wicked Edge, our passion for traditional shaving continues to grow and appears to drawing younger converts - who may have different tastes in media that works for them. It's a very exciting time in wet shaving and both podcasts are a welcome part of it.

No, but I've never listened to a podcast about anything before.

M&B should really just focus on the interviews. The first 10 or so episodes that were pretty much all interviews had some great content. Any other kind of segment they try to do falls flat though.

I do have to agree with that. The 'worst' is when the guy reads some fiction or from a product manual. I fast forward through it. Smile
The last episode was...terrible lol

The interviews are good though.

That's interesting Smile
You can listen to podcasts on ANY smartphone, tablet, MP3 player (Zune, iPod, etc) or computer.

Anyone know of any others?

I enjoy both podcasts. I've taken to having my own "razor of the week" since listening to Brush-n-Soap-n-Blade.

I never realized there were any until this post. I'm not likely to listen.

I don't listen to them. I'm more visual, preferring to read about things rather than listening.

I find them to be good listening material for my commute. I used to have satellite radio but I cancelled it, podcasts are cheaper Biggrin
