OK, I know this isn't directly about a new straight, but to me it seems to be the best place to look.

The only thing in my den which is done haphazardly is my display of straights. I was wondering of people know of anyone who sells something which can be used to display straights on a wall. Preferably in a vertical fashion with just a couple posts to hold up each end. I'd like to get 6-8 straights on each piece and have enough room to hang a strop below it.

Dave (Waveflow) had a rack for sale the other day...If I recall it was Spyderco's small Spyderpac...Basically a hanging rack - to folding bag that will hold folding knives or straights...Not sure if that's the kind of thing you are looking for or not.

This...

I was thinking more along the lines of wood, and open to the air so the blades can be put on the rack after use.

If worse comes to worst, I will put stained dowels straight into the wall. While being a total PITA, that may be the neatest looking solution available.

Sweet, thanks. Funny enough I was just there earlier admiring some of the custom razors and I did look for stands, but they are just the standard hold one style. I'll email him and see where that leads.
