A straight up restoration on a razor famous for warped scales as these were as the blade was hitting the scales.
Also the blade was scratched up and much of the bluing on the tang was gone.
I broke down the blade, polished and straightened the scales. The pin holes were off which caused much of the warping.
I polished the blade then gave it a satin finish as the originals have. Removed the bluing from the tang, polished it then reblued it.
The original washers are very small so I made mini SS washer to match and used nickel pins to finish it off.

Still don't know how these scales for on this razor . Client says they have always been on. The pinning was factory so the mystery remains. A Franken razor?

Yes, I've done several. I just can't put my hands on the photos at the moment.
But no sooner do you ask,,, I just posted a Satinedge.
Didn't use the stock scales but I have made them clear as day.
I'll keep looking.
