I've been having trouble with the Quick Reply feature. When I scroll down to the area of the page the Quick reply is on, the text box distorts into the image below. If I try and write something and submit it, it doesn't recognize that there is any text and won't let me submit. I end up having to click the "reply" button and entering my text there. This has only been happening for the past couple of days. Any idea what is up? I'm running in Chrome is that helps.

interesting, it does not do this for me with chrome, using the quick reply. have you cleared your browser's cache/cookies lately? when we first switched to the new luxure theme, that issue was present (and is a known bug in the forum software we use), but it should of been fixed by now.

I've deleted all my browser data and the problem still persists. I tried other themes for the forum and the bug is present there too. Luckily it's not too big of a deal, just a couple extra buttons to press.

it only does it for the quick reply and not the regular reply?

I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.

Not being able to use quick reply. When I type my message and hit enter, I get the following message:

There was an error posting your reply:

The message is missing. Please enter a message

I am using Firefox. I think this may be related to the phantom hyperlinks I am also experiencing.

I'm not sure why having problems with quick reply would have anything to do with phantom hyperlinks you keep experiencing.

in the mean time, I'll look around on the mybb community forums to see if anyone else is having similar quick reply problems as you mentioned.

The two problems popped up at exactly the same time which is why I assumed they were related

The phantom hyperlinks and not being able to use quick reply. I have should have added "For Me" as I am not experiencing the problems any longer.

Ahh...they just disappeared as quickly as they appeared. I ran Norton virus scan, the anti-malware scan that you had recommended and a registry cleaner and was still having the problem. I shut the computer down and the next day, all seemed well again. Huh
