Happy birthday, Joe. Seizing less but still sounding good after all these years.

The first time I saw Joe in person was at this performance, Woodstock 1969. He has been one of my favorites since then.

Two of my favourites are "She's so good to me" and "Something's coming on". Wow. The second has a blistering guitar solo near the end, attributed to Jimmy Page.

Henry McCulloch on "She's so good to me". Great dance music. McCulloch, also now aged 70.

Outstanding. I love how they show the turntable with the 45 rpm record on Something's Coming On. For all you youngsters out there, that was the "CD" of the 60's.

Joe Cocker was, and is, amazing. He took this Beatles classic and made it his own.
