I’ve been using a Parker 94R solid bar razor and it seems quite aggressive for a solid bar razor. It is a 3 piece DE razor. It has quite a large blade gap.
What razor do you find aggressive that is a non-adjustable, solid bar razor?

Parker A1R travel razor. The head is aggressive, on the other hand, the 99R is mild.

I find the FaTip Grande to be aggressive for me. It's classified as being fairly mild for an open comb but I find it difficult to use without some razor burn. I normally use a Gillette Red Tip or Merkur 34c.

Just solid bar razors please. The FaTip is an O.C.

Most of my aggressive razors are OC or adjustable, but my Feather portable travel razor would qualify. It's not outrageous, but clearly more aggressive than it looks.

iKon standard bar. The blade gap and exposure are very deceiving but its iKon's most aggressive razor. A very smooth shaver.

My favorite and recommendation is a Gillette WW1 or before '04 razor. Great Shave, with or without soap and 2passes...

If you allow adjustable razors, I would second the Gillette Slim.
I set mine on 7 or 8 and get a fantastic shave.

SABI razors.

I had a Sabi razor. They are pretty aggressive also.

You could add 1 or 2 shims to any 3 piece razor to make it more aggressive. Not exactly what you wanted, but it's true.

Shave/brush,

Are you looking for the most aggressive SB razor, or do you just want to hear about a number of options? Is your Parker 94R too aggressive or not aggressive enough?

I forgot to mention my own Parker razor (a 22R). It was my second razor and a bit too aggressive for me at the time. I may dig it out and try it again now that I have more experience and better technique.

Another option is the dirt-cheap Yuma razor from Bestshave.
It's pretty flimsy, but has serious blade exposure.

We talk a lot about O.C. razors that are aggressive like the Joris or the R41 or FaTip but I don't see much about the solid bar razors. My Parker 94 is aggressive and I like it. I was just curious if there are any out there that are more aggressive.

SABI razors.

I agree totally. The Cadet SB is fairly aggressive and easy to use.

I was going to mention the Parker 91R, which is what I started with 5 years ago. It was not a good razor to learn with as it had a monster blade gap along with serious blade exposure. I'll bet it was similar to today's Cadet Safety Bar or SABI razors.

I didn't mention the 91R because I understand that Parker has reengineered some of there razors, so a new 91R might not be the same as the one I started with.

Regarding the Cadet Safety Bar, I like it very much. I think that it's a more aggressive razor than the Cadet OC.

I've wondered if the SLAB has the same head as the original Cadet Safety Bar?

The SABI on the other hand, has wonderful heavy-weight handles in shavedom. The head however, has perhaps the thinnest metal in it's base plate and head. It does shave well, but has sharp, pointy corners unlike the rounded corners on other inexpensive razors. If the SABI didn't have the corner problem, it would be a great razor.
